An excellent sorting/herding tool is a rattle paddle. Sometimes called a paddle stix, its unique sound (like a rattlesnake) gets the goats' attention and keeps them moving where you want them to go. Order from Jeffers. 1-800-533-3377 |

The GOATCAMP™ Instructors
• Thursday evening, October 28th, all Campers, speakers. staff, and special guests are invited to the free annual GoatCamp™ Banquet held in the GoatCamp™ Building. An assortment of goat meat entrees, side dishes, beverages, and desserts will make up the evening menu. • The GoatCamp™2010 Intern Program is now accepting applications for a limited number of Interns; interns receive free tuition in exchange for helping with the work at GoatCamp™. If you are interested please send your resume to onioncreek@tennesseemeatgoats.com. We'd like to know a little bit about your experience with goats (or lack thereof) and why you'd like to become an Intern. Persons with no experience with goats are encouraged to attend as paying students; much of the work of an Intern has to do with the operation of GoatCamp™ and not with goats.
